Dr. Rokita from Aspen Dental is an excellent dentist. He took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel like my care wasn’t important or that he was in a rush, and I am sure he has busy schedule. This is an admirable trait and builds my respect for a provider like that, which in turn, makes me more likely to continuing seeing them. Dentistry work isn’t cheap and so it means a lot to me when the dentist reviews treatment options and also makes me feel like any recommended treatment is clinically necessary. He also did an excellent job with the procedure and I felt good knowing that he is competent. The front desk was also very kind and helpful explaining pricing and coverage based on my insurance plan.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kelsey! She is absolutely amazing at what she does as the Front Desk Assistant Manager at Aspen Dental. She is professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely makes every visit a great experience. You can tell she truly cares about the patients and takes pride in her work. Kelsey always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and her positive attitude makes such a difference. If you’re looking for someone who provides excellent customer service and truly cares about her patients, Kelsey is the person! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the worst experience ever at this location today. The endodontist was a nightmare. I was shocked based on the fact that everyone at the Clearwater location as well as the staff at this location are all incredible. Basically I was seen in Clearwater and referred to Palm Harbor because I needed multiple root canals as part of the treatment plan. The woman Endodontist was not only rude and aggressive but went out of her way to inflict pain unnecessarily. She told me that she was going to treat me and speak to me as if I were a two year old based on the fact that I had arrived in extreme pain and verbalized my discomfort while she was “testing “ the exposed nerve which had already been established needed a root canal. As I was I. The car sobbing she insisted that she needed to test the nerve by blowing cold air into it. When I cried in pain she raised her voice and told me to stop acting that way. Considering I am spending upwards of 15000 dollars for treatment, I would expect a little compassion and most definitely a more appropriate bed side manner. Her name is Dr. Reham El-Hennawey and she is hands down the worst health professional I have ever had the misfortune of visiting.

My daughter chipped half her front tooth off last night and was completely distraught. Reached out to Aspen Dental Palm Harbor this morning, got an appointment right away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dentist, Dr Dominik Rokita, was working and after he evaluated the situation, he said he could do the repair today. We were so relieved. They gave us a fair price and had us in and out in 1-1/2 hours start to finish. We will definitely be going back and highly recommend Aspen Dental!

I left highly unsatisfied with treatment results. I cannot recommend this business to anyone. Attempts to mitigate with Customer Service and representatives also did not go anywhere. After spending 6k I left in the worst situation that I initially had. Please be very cautious about especially clear aligners recommendation - imho it could just waste of money. In my case it even made everything worse and did not match the promised results. I could share more, but even this is enough to give them 1 star. First photo before - second photo after. Implant I had for more than 10 years fell off, besides damage to the opposite teeth done by crowns placed here. Update: actually everything ended up by dismissing me as a patient and sending me and email by dr. dickerson with the omitted and misrepresented facts to cover dr. rokita's failures. I will be reviewing my dental records and filing complaints with the dental board and maybe state attorney as dr. rokita completely violated ethical standards of care. Please stay away of this office and dr. rokita at any costs. Aspen dental truly deserves its 2 star rating on BBB. I wish I would never enter this office at all.
